Same Day Processing

IMPORTANT: Please READ before placing your order. Applicable for METRO MANILA GRAB/ LALAMOVE DELIVERY ONLY CUSTOMER BOOKS THE PICK UP once the item is ready

  1. Choose from our Onhand Items ONLY and order from our website. Please review your order details carefully before making a payment. Please note that BACKORDERED items are not included for Same day processing/ shipping.

    If two or more items to order, ALL of the items MUST be ONHAND, NOT a combination of onhand and backoder items.

    How to know if the item is onhand?
    On the product page of the item that you are planning to order, once you choose the size and color, it should NOT say “Available on backorder”

  2. Choose Grab / Lalamove for shipping option Please review your order details carefully before making a payment. Please note that J&T Express shipping option is not included for Same day processing/ shipping.
  3. Gcash log in to pay (Paymongo)/ Credit card/ Debit card for payments only.
  4. Cut off time for Payment is 10 AM (Monday- Friday Except Holiday). We understand that this order is time sensitive however, please be advised that we will not be able to process the order if payment is not posted in our account until 12pm the same day. Payment posted after 12pm will be shipped next Busines day (Monday- Friday Except Holiday).
  5. ALL order updates will be sent to your email ONLY so please make sure to indicate a working email address. In any case, please do check SPAM and JUNK messages.
  6. Grab / Lalamove Pick ups: Pick up instructions will be sent to your email starting 2:30 pm onwards. Pick up is queuing so you’ll have your specific time schedule, you’ll be the one to book the pick up 🙂 Pick up is until 4:30pm only Monday-Friday except holidays. Our warehouse will not be able to accommodate pick ups, after 4:30 pm

Please note that we will not be held responsible if there will be booking issues (delays) with Lalamove/Grab.

In case of unavoidable incidents, circumstances while in the preparation of the order that may delay the process; (e.g. Product got damaged while in preparation for shipping, natural calamities and etc.) Our customer service specialist may be needing to contact customer to offer other options for resolution to complete and fulfil the order
