Return and Exchange Policy

1. Item/s should be in good and in its original conditions. Tags and plastic should be intact. Return/Exchange items must not have visible signs of wear or use, item/s should remain unwashed, unscented, no stain and not damaged
2. Item/s to exchange to should be the same price or higher with the original ordered item/s; for there will be no change on your payment.
3. Item/s to be exchanged to will depend on the availability of product/s.
4. Discounted and SALE items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. Customer needs to ship back the item/s for exchange within the next 3-5 days, right after receiving the product.
6. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. No meet ups.
7. Once item/s is received, processing of the exchange will be 7 business days.
8. Item/s that was sent for exchange should match the quantity and description indicated in the RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM submitted.
9. Once the item/s are ready for shipping, customer needs to deposit payment for shipping/ additional fee.

1. Your ordered item/s is valid for 2 working days.
2. Payment must be made once invoice has been sent. A copy of the Deposit/Payment slips should be sent to us through PM/viber/email. You will receive a payment confirmation once accomplished.
3. Allow 2-3 working days for the production of the PRE ORDER items. This may take longer depending on the quantity of your order.
4. A notification will be sent to you once the PRE ORDER items are ready for shipping.
5. Depending on your location, allow 2-3 business days for Metro Manila and 5-7 business days outside Metro Manila upon pick up of the courier.
6. If the payment is not received within the specified time, the order will be forfeited automatically.
7. In any case, the payment is received after the automatic cancellation of order and the item is no longer available, the customer may opt to change their order and choose from the on hand items of the same price; as refunds will not be entertained.
8. No shipment during Saturdays and Sundays, and Holidays.

All items are pre-order, 2-3 business days in production then shipping.

For shipping thru J&T Express its approximately 24-48 hrs Metro Manila

and approximately 7 business days provincial shipping.

Backorder, meaning the item is not onhand. 2-3 business days in production. We will process your order according to your requested color, size and design.

You will be able to identify which product is for backorder in the product description upon ordering and order confirmation details during check out. 

COD is not yet available in our mode of payment.

Let your recipients know where their parcel is and when they may expect to receive them by sharing the tracking link.

3. Open specific delivery details of your selected delivery.
4. You will see the Tracking link displayed at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Copy the link and share it with your recipient.
